Our Thought Experiment series focuses on aging an ordinary Table Beer saison base on second use whole fruit previously living in another beer.  For this run, we used peaches from Toigo Orchards which originally lived with our  As usual, the second use fruit beer will be more quaffable, delicately fruity, spritzy, and champagne-like than its predecessor.

The Thought Experiment series intentionally blurs the line between saison and fruit beer. It's our attempt at making fruit beers that are everyday drinkers.
