Advice for Road Runners: The ASICS Women's GT-2000 13 Stability Running Shoes should be the most comfortable version to date.

In comparison to the previous model, the GT-2000 13 Running Shoes feature improved forefoot cushioning.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole should feel soft and protective. This is because it contains full-length FF BLAST PLUS foam - one of ASICS' most premium cushioning materials.

The ASICS GT-2000 13 Running Shoes also have PureGEL technology in the heel area. This helps soften landings and reduces the stress on your joints.

ASICS' 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM accommodates a range foot types. To explain further, the inherently stable midsole design offers extra support - as and when you need it.

Upper Fit

Featuring a new monofilament mesh, the ASICS GT-2000 13 Running Shoes' upper should feel more comfortable than the previous edition. The lean back heel design helps reduce pressure on the Achilles tendon.

Ideal Run Type

The ASICS Women's GT-2000 13 Stability Running Shoes perform at their best on everyday miles - such as slow and steady run days. As they're highly cushioned, they're also a great choice for longer distances.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
